GOODBYE CRUEL WORLD - the best of CUSTARD
Well what can I say Custard have been one of my favorite bands since about 1991, when I heard Rockfish Anna on the Youngblood 3 CD. Almost 10 years latter custard have decided to call it a day. This album covers 10 years of Custaro classics who can forget Alone, Pack yr suitcases, lucky star, nice bird, music is crap and girls like that. This CD has 20 tracks from all four Custard albums and also tracks from there ealier EPs, but you want more, well buy now and you will also recieve a bonus 15 track CD with some rare Custard tracks like short pop song, Satellite and cool world, thats 35 tracks in all for only $29.95, thats less than a dollar per song CALL NOW. There are too many outstanding tracks to mention here, this album is a must for all custard fans. Although Custard have gone, you can still hear new music by lead singer Dave McCormack in his new band the Titanics (Album "size isnt everything" out now) and on the Streets Calipo Shots ad( Yes thats Dave singing the Jingle. As the album is titled this is the best of custard so my rating reflects that 9.99/10.
If you are wondering why it lost 0.01 it what because it did not contain a cover version of skyhooks "You just like me cause Im good in bed" which they sing so well.
